Referral Step 2
If the new account maintains a qualifying balance for 30 days, you both earn a bonus based on the maintained balance:

When will I receive my referral bonus?

Referral bonuses are credited to both the referrer and referee's accounts within 30 days after the referred account maintains the qualifying balance for 30 consecutive days.
Does my account need to stay open to earn referral bonuses?

Yes, your Holdings account must remain open and in good standing to be eligible for referral bonuses. You may forfeit any pending or future referral bonuses if your account is closed or restricted.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

No, there is no limit to the number of qualifying referrals you can make. Refer as many businesses as you like and earn a bonus for each one that meets the program requirements.
What if the business I referred forgets to list me as the referring party during onboarding?

If a referred business does not list you as the referring party during the account opening process, please have them contact our support team at support@holdings.io within 30 days of account opening. We'll work with them to update their account information and ensure you receive credit for the referral.

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Holdings Referral Program ("Program") offered by Holdings Financial Technologies Inc. ("Holdings", "we", "us", or "our"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility  

1.1. The Program is open to current Holdings account holders in good standing ("Referrers").  

1.2. Referred businesses ("Referees") must be new Holdings customers and must not have previously held a Holdings account.

2. Program Participation  

2.1. Referrers can participate by introducing Holdings to businesses in their network and encouraging them to open a Holdings account.  

2.2. Referees must list the Referrer as the referring party during the account onboarding process.

3. Referral Bonuses  

3.1. Referral bonuses are earned when a Referee opens a new Holdings account, lists the Referrer during onboarding, and maintains a qualifying balance for 30 consecutive days.  

3.2. Bonus amounts are based on the Referee's maintained balance:        
- $50 bonus for both the Referee and Referrer when the new account maintains a balance of $1,000 to $9,999 for 30 days        
- $100 bonus for both the Referee and Referrer when the new account maintains a balance of $10,000 to $49,999 for 30 days        
- $200 bonus for both the Referee and Referrer when the new account maintains a balance of $50,000 or more for 30 days  

3.3. Bonuses are credited to the Referrer and Referee's accounts within 30 days after the qualifying balance is maintained for 30 consecutive days.

4. Program Limitations  

4.1. There is no limit to the number of qualifying referrals a Referrer can make.  

4.2. Referrers must maintain an open and unrestricted Holdings account in good standing to be eligible for bonuses.  

4.3. If a Referee does not list the Referrer during onboarding, the Referrer must contact Holdings within 30 days of the Referee's account opening to request credit for the referral.

5. Disqualification and Termination  

5.1. Holdings reserves the right to disqualify participants and/or terminate the Program at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse.  

5.2. Referrers may be disqualified for:        
- Providing false or misleading information        
- Engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior        
- Violating these Terms or any other Holdings agreement  

5.3. If disqualified, Referrers may forfeit any pending or future referral bonuses.

6. Modifications  

6.1. Holdings reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time and for any reason with thirty (30) days prior notice.

7. Governing Law  

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to the principles of conflicts of law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties  

8.1. THE PROGRAM AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. HOLDINGS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability  

9.1. IN NO EVENT SHALL HOLDINGS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

By participating in the Holdings Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
